Jennifer is a seasoned project management professional with decades of proven experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She is an accomplished social entrepreneur and businesswoman who is noted for her ability to convene and motivate stakeholders to accomplish great milestones. Alongside her project management work, she has developed and administered interactive education programs, and integrated history, culture, and life skills to communities to empower participants.
As a certified coach, Jennifer has integrated coaching into her work with executives, business professionals and non-profit leaders to normalize self-awareness and emotional intelligence as a foundation for professional development. A native of Oakland, CA, Jennifer received her Masters in Urban Planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University, and her Bachelor's from the University of California, San Diego.

Adia Sabur

Adia is Urban Solutions' dedicated executive administrator who has worked in office administration for over 25 years. She supports executive leadership, oversees key administrative functions, and ensures smooth implementation of our organization’s priorities. In 2021, she founded her virtual assistant company and is working toward receiving the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) — a certification sought after by executive assistants. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Adia is an invaluable asset to the Urban Solutions team.
Ameer Muhammad
Financial Management Consultant and Strategic Advisor
Ameer contributes his finance and technology skillset to Urban Solutions by integrating his passion for financial literacy, investment strategies, and expanding access to that information to underrepresented communities. He utilizes his background, along with emerging tools such as AI to contribute innovative, community-centered solutions that promote financial equity and improved outcomes for our clientele.
