Jennifer Muhammad is a seasoned project management professional with over 20 years of proven experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She is an accomplished social entrepreneur and businesswoman who is noted for her ability to convene and motivate stakeholders to accomplish great milestones. Alongside her project management work, she has developed and administered interactive education programs, and integrated history, culture, and life skills to communities to empower participants.

As a certified coach, Jennifer has integrated coaching into her work with executives, business professionals and non-profit leaders to normalize self-awareness and emotional intelligence as a foundation for professional development. More recently, she has enjoyed working with Fair Chance DC, Urban Equity,  Peak Performance International, and the Global Investment Company as a project management/coaching consultant supporting executives in their efforts to increase clarity and productivity. A native of Oakland, CA,  Jennifer received her Masters in Urban Planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University, and her Bachelor's from the University of California, San Diego. Jennifer's areas of expertise include strategic planning, project management, training and facilitation, organizational development, and coaching. She is a wife, mother, and community leader.
